All items are handmade. Small variations are part of the design and not defects.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- errors
- stock issues
- suspected fraud
Refunds will be issued if payment was made.
4. Pricing
All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- third-party delays (couriers)
- misuse of products
Your statutory rights are not affected.

All content belongs to Twinkle by Daria and may not be used without permission.

Shipping Method
All orders are delivered via GAP Akis Express.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on your location within Cyprus and the courier service.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Returns (EU Law)
You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- The item must be unused
- In original condition
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-Made Jewellery
Items that are custom-made or personalised are:
Non-returnable and non-refundable
This is in accordance with EU consumer law for personalised goods.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos
You are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Refunds
